Your first appointment with us is a comprehensive evaluation designed to completely understand your oral health needs and goals. During this time, we’ll complete:
- An in-depth medical history review
- Blood pressure check
- Appropriate x-rays (full mouth, panoramic)
- Comprehensive periodontal exam with measurements
- Oral cancer screening using our Oral ID device
- Intraoral photos for detailed documentation
- pH testing to assess your oral environment
- Extensive education on proper home care techniques
- Development of individualized treatment recommendations

For your convenience, we offer digital new patient forms through our Revenue Well system.
This allows you to complete your paperwork securely before your visit, saving time and ensuring we have your information ready when you arrive.

We are in-network with Delta Dental and work with all major PPO insurance plans as an unrestricted provider. As a courtesy to our patients, we gladly file all dental insurance claims on your behalf. For your convenience, we offer:
