Dr. Donald Hooie graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis in 1987.

Education & Military Service
After dental school, Dr. Hooie completed his general practice residency at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Virginia, where he gained valuable experience treating diverse patient needs and supporting medical teams with sedation and general anesthesia procedures.
Following six years of active duty, he transitioned to the Naval Reserves as a Lieutenant Commander before establishing his own practice.
